What an extravagantly short-sighted utopia, especially at a time when development and the need for resources to be directed towards food production are at an all-time high. The lake and reservoirs are much lower than average, while water needs will be much higher than even last year. It's not too difficult to see how this will end. More abandoned development projects and chronic food underproduction offset by a hunking slice of government cheese.
